Courtney Lodge -- the Founder & CEO of the New York-based CRESTIUM 360 Business Builders Inc. -- is a Profit Accelerator, Business Health Accelerator, enterprise strategist, and business diagnostician known for helping organizations uncover and correct the underlying conditions that suppress performance, profitability, and long-term sustainability. He is the founder of the emerging Business Health Industry.

Over the past two decades, he has worked with more than 2,600 businesses across over 50 countries, guiding founders, executives, and leadership teams to move beyond surface-level solutions and address the root causes of their business challenges.

He is the author of the industry-defining book Fatal Business Diseases, which introduces a diagnostic approach to business growth—challenging the traditional model of prescribing solutions before properly understanding problems. Simply put: prescription before diagnosis is malpractice. Two of is books that will soon be launched -- The Client Misdiagnosis Trap, and The Science of Enterprise Health -- will speak more on these topics.

Courtney previously served as CEO of a multi-national financial organization spanning 18 countries and over 342 credit unions, overseeing assets exceeding USD $7 billion, and as a General Manager at a national development bank. He also served as a superintendent of police, and even did a stint with the German FBI-equivalent, the BKA (Bundeskriminalamt), fighting transnational organized crime, and white collar crime. This experience shaped his emphasis on governance, disciplined execution, and the unintended consequences of poorly diagnosed decisions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, an MBA in Business Leadership, and is currently pursuing a PhD in organizational leadership, exploring how decision-making, incentives, and system design influence business success or failure.

He is also the architect of several advanced frameworks, including the Enterprise MRI™, MD-SOP™, and the Enterprise Health Accelerator™—a diagnostic and business health restoration discipline designed to help businesses build the capacity to deliver unique and superior value profitably.

His work centers on one core idea: businesses do not fail because they lack solutions—they fail because they misdiagnose their problems. His mission is to change that.
